To Meet the Needs of Children, Families and the Community

HPCP welcomes you to our programs for children and families! We work in partnership with families to offer a nurturing, safe, inclusive and fun environment for all children!

HPCP is a non-profit, charitable organization. We have been serving families in our community since 1986. HPCP offers 4 high quality early learning (Childcare) programs, a Family Resource Centre and our Healthy Baby program (Great Expectations).

Our organization believes in providing a safe and loving environment which will allow each child to explore and developmentally grow. We want your child to be successful and meet their full potential!
